Submitted contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to improve our price dataset (with personal identifiers removed). Server log data is used for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.

What We Do Not Do

We do not share your data with locksmith companies, lead-generation services, or advertising networks. We do not use submitted data for commercial purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for dataset improvement purposes, then deleted. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personally identifiable information you submitted via the contact form by emailing us at the address on the contact page. California residents have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know what data is collected and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data).
